and must work together. In a 3.4 square mile city, what impacts one neighborhood, affects us all in terms of quality of life, property values and City finances.

THE SOLANA BEACH CITY COUNCIL MUST LISTEN... 
to residents from all neighborhoods, east of the freeway, in and near La Colonia de Eden Gardens, on the coast and along the business corridors.  

COMMUNITY INPUT MATTERS...   
and residents should have a voice in projects that directly impact their neighborhood.  

SPECIAL INTERESTS MUST NOT... 
determine the future direction of Solana Beach. 

PROPERTY RIGHTS ARE A TWO-WAY STREET...   
Both the developer's interests and the impacts on the surrounding community should be considered in development decisions.   

A VIBRANT BUSINESS DISTRICT...   
contributes to the financial well-being of our City and enhances the quality of life for residents.  

SOLANA BEACH SHOULD CONTINUE LEADING THE WAY... 
by successfully managing an independent program that results in net revenue for our City and brings less expensive electricity rates to our residents and businesses.
